The first 17 seconds shows the Kickbike “heel roll ” technique. The last 16 seconds or so shows a more advanced technique called a Kickbike “hop step” I would highly recommend staying with the first “heel roll” technique until you feel confident to try the more skilled but faster “hop step ” method.
